Are you wondering what to do with your empty printer cartridges?
Some original equipment manufacturers have a cartridge send-back program where you can put your cartridges in a prepaid envelope and then drive to the post office to send it back. Your package then goes to the central postal office via truck and then on to its final destination. I wonder how many miles a new cartridges travels to get to your local retailer and then how many to get back. Is this environmentally friendly? I think not.

Q. I was told if I use a remanufactured cartridge, it would void the warranty on my printer.
A. False…The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975 states the warranty cannot be voided because of the use of any remanufactured product.
Q. I tried using those cartridges before and I didn’t get as many pages as a new one.
A. False…Each toner cartridge is filled with a specific toner for that cartridge purchased in pre-measured containers to the exact specifications of the original equipment manufacturer.
Q. I tried one of those cartridges before and it destroyed my printer by dumping toner all over the place!
A. False…a remanufactured cartridge cannot hurt your printer anymore than an original cartridge and they have approximately a 3% failure rate. A reputable company will guarantee its product 100% and deal with any failures that you might have.
Q. I was told that a refilled ink cartridge does not perform as well as a new one
A. As long as you follow the tips recommended in this earlier blog post, your cartridge will perform just as well as when it was new, we guarantee it!
